We all got up early and started out first day together.
We drove to the working place and the local people were already there.
They were very kind and tried to talk with us.
Even though I knew few Japanese words, they were helpful to communicate with them.
The work was not easy. We all get tired after work.
And as I have some problem with my waist I could not do my best today.
Well I don’t know how it will be like tomorrow but it hurts tonight..
Hope all of us have a great time here together.
今朝は早く起きて初日の作業に取り掛かりました。車にて現地に到着すると地域の方はすでに到着されていました。とても親切で色々とお話をしようとしてくれました。私が少ししか日本語が知らないのにも関わらず、会話をしようとしてくれました。仕事はあまり楽ではなく、仕事後はメンバーはとても疲れていました。また同時に私は腰痛を持っており、今日はあまりいい状態ではなく、今夜は少し痛みがあり、明日が不安です。メンバー全員がいい時間を過ごせたらいいなと思っています。

2006. 6. 13. Tuesday 
Volunteers looked tired this morning. Maybe we were all tired from yesterday’s work.
Today we could all relax enough and also take time. So everybody looked fine today.
But my waist hurts more than yesterday so I’m a bit worried about it.
Anyway we’re all busy during the day but after dinner it’s very boring.
We need to find something to do here together.
And also hope my waist will get better soon.
メンバーは今朝、疲れているようでした。昨日の仕事の影響かもしれません。今日は時間をとってゆっくりと行ったため、仕事後は元気のようでした。しかし、私の腰痛は昨日よりもひどく、少し心配です。日中は仕事も多く、忙しいのですが、夕食後は退屈してしまいます。ここで一緒に出来る何かを探したほうがいいかもしれません。すぐに腰もよくなるといいのですが・・・・。

その後、ハンミュンさんは、腰痛がひどくなり、韓国に帰国しました。
